DR. ROBIN C. WILDE, EXEC DIRECTORQualifications: Demonstrated ability as a project manager in both for-profit and non-profit settings. Accustomed to working with paid staff and un-paid volunteers in fund raising and implementation. Projects range to $1M utilizing multiple staff. Ability to delegate, train, and facilitate in non-profit, manufacturing, and service industries.
Duties: Target potential development projects in Africa by defining objectives and timelines, solicit donors, require accountability of partner organizations, and report to donors. Education: BS & MA Education & D.Min in Leadership Development. Dr. Wilde with several others started Foundation for Hope in Africa – a non-profit foundation providing developmental work in Africa, of which he serves as Executive Director. He holds a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min) from North American Baptist Seminary; a Master of Arts (MA) in Educational Ministry from Wheaton College; and a BS in Social Science Education from Western Carolina University. Dr. Wilde has also been a Senior Consultant with an international management consulting firm and has consulted with many Fortune 500 companies such as Ford, General Motors, Sprint, Sears, IBM, Rockwell International, and a great number of other companies. His work involves organizational development and outplacement. He has been married to Cynthia for over 30 years and they have two adult sons, Zachary and Kipp. |
