Qualifications: Demonstrated leadership ability in business.  Currently plant manager of a for-profit manufacturing plant with $100 million in annual sales, 500 employees, and a joint-venture with an Asian company.  Accustomed to working in a multi-cultural setting, interacting regularly with people from India, China, Europe, North America, and Africa.  Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams and projects ensuring successful results.  Familiar with financials and disciplined money management in project execution.

Duties: Target potential development projects in Africa by defining objectives and timelines, solicit donors, require accountability of partner organizations, and report to donors.

Education: BA in Mathematics and Business,  MBA with emphasis on Organizational Development
